We’re laser-focused on building a strong MVP and validating with our early community.
Goals:
✅ Receive Feedback Gather feedback from alpha users, testers, and builders in the Solana ecosystem.
🛠️ Building the Rest of the Platform Finalizing core features: RAG chatbots, Solana wallet login, token-gating, voice output.
🔧 Making Everything Work Ensuring product stability, cross-browser compatibility, and seamless on-chain integration.
🌱 Phase 2: Community & Growth (Start-Based Phase)
This phase begins once core features are shipped and validated. We move into outreach and decentralization.
Goals:
🌐 Community Initiatives Launch incentives, tutorials, and use-case showcases to bring in creators and devs.
📣 Updating the Community Regular updates via Twitter, GitBook, and Discord with changelogs, highlights, and milestones.
🧑💼 Growing the Team Bringing on contributors, advisors, and team members to support scale.
🔁 Phase 3: Iterate & Improve (3 Months)
With feedback in hand and users onboarded, this phase is about polish and preparing for scale.
Goals:
🔄 Revision of App Overhaul UX and workflows based on what users actually do vs what we expected.
🧠 Improvements Based on Experience Integrate lessons learned, refine pricing, and enhance performance + agent templates.
After these phases, we’ll continue to refine and expand the ecosystem — through partnerships, SDKs, and agent marketplaces.
